Zoo Berlin's panda twins now have names that connect their Chinese heritage with their Berlin home. The first cub is Meng Hao, known locally as Leni, and the second is Meng Tian, known locally as Lotti.
The zoo presented the names during a ceremony at Panda Plaza. The naming gives the cubs a clearer public identity and creates a natural next step for visitors following the young panda family.
